Open or print and fill out a MHS Boosters Request form.
Fill out the form and email it to the
co-presidents (current co -presidents addresses are on the forms) or you may fill it out and drop it in the Boosters Mail
box. The request should be submitted by the last Wednesday of the month.
General Board
meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month (September - May) in the LMC at 7:30pm.
Upon receipt
of a request , the Co-Presidents shall present each request at the monthly general meeting:
Requests appropriate for support meet
the following criteria:
· Promotes positive activity and school
spirit
· Provides
opportunity for positive experience by participating students
· Awards or honors exceptional performance by group or individual
· Is consistent with the goals of Boosters organization
· Follows purposes and basic policies adopted
by MHS Boosters
General membership of
the Corporation has the right to reject a request if it is not consistent with the purposes and basic policies or criteria
as outlined above and adopted by the Corporation.
3. After
discussion, a vote will be taken. A simple majority of the General Membership of the Corporation present shall
be required to pass recommended action.
