Help MHS Boosters run fundraising activities, staff the concession stand during athletic events and host student
and staff events.

All Night Graduation party (see our page on this site for more information)
Administrative
Co-Chairs: responsible for the
organization and task list completion of this fabulous event.
Decorating Captains work with the decorating co-chairs to organize decorations for an area
of the school.
Chaperone the night of the event: All non-senior class parents are welcome to work a shift. Shifts usually
run for 2 – 4 hours.
ANGP Senior Fashion Show
This exciting
fund-raiser is held in March in the MHS auditorium. Parent volunteers organize the event. Only
senior class students may sign-up to model in the show. Junior class members may sign-up to be attendants.
Student sign-up information will be posted at MHS and in the newspaper.
Concession Stand
The
concession stands provide a significant source of funding for Medfield Boosters. The outdoor concession stand, The Snack Shack,
will be open for fall and spring sports. During winter, an indoor concession stand will
be open for the basketball games.
Friendly’s Night - Liaison
During
one evening most months, Medfield Friendly’s generously donates a portion of profits to a Medfield HS non-profit group,
team, or club, and teacher and/or class. The liaison position tasks include: publicizing Friendly’s nights through press
releases and newsletters, and coordinating with the designated group that will benefit from that evening’s sales.
A representative from the group must be present at Friendly’s for the duration of their fundraising night.
High School Scrip
Sign up to help with Scrip site
sales. Current site sale locations include Lord’s, Italian Groceria, Friendly’s, and the Kingsbury
Club.
Hospitality
Donate food for the following
events:
Welcome Back Brunch: September during Teacher Conference Day
End of Year Sundae Party: During
a half day in May
Principal's Coffees: throughout school year
Italian Groceria Deli and Pizzeria Night - Liaison
During
the first Tuesday evening of most months, Italian Groceria donates a portion of its sales to Medfield High School Boosters.
Tasks include: Publicize Italian Groceria nights through newsletters and the local press, and communicate
with them to coordinate the events.
Publicity
Promote Boosters fundraisers and activities by submitting press releases to local newspapers and
other mediums such as Monday Morning Medfield News or local Cable TV.
